Graysville Wedding: Darren & Mallorey Part 2

And now for more of Darren & Mallorey's amazing wedding! Catch up on part 1 here.

Mallorey is my type of bride - not only was she ridiculously organized, she values photography. As a photographer herself she knows how important capturing these moments are. So, I was given a lot of time for portraits and free reign to be creative - oh, I was one happy girl! Mallorey, thank you for trusting and believing in me - it means more than I can say.

We started off inside the school house...

And, of course, we had to get a few shots with the cars!

A huge thank you needs to go out to the best man, Jessy, for offering his beautiful yard for portraits. It made the best photo location - I couldn't have asked for more!!

Then, after I put Darren through almost more portraits than he could handle, it was off to the Active Living Centre in Carman for the fun and colourful reception!

The night was filled with laughter, dancing, and general shenanigans - the perfect ending to a perfect night.

Graysville Wedding: Darren & Mallorey

For the two weeks leading up to the wedding the weather had nothing nice to give - days and days of rain and thunderstorms seemed unrelenting. Then, finally, the day before the wedding the clouds parted and the sun smiled down on us - giving Darren & Mallorey the perfect day. And it was a perfect day, in so many ways.

Their day was a relaxed laid back affair filled with smiles and laughter - a perfect reflection of their relationship. Darren & Mallorey both have such kind giving hearts and their wedding day was an outpouring of love all around. I feel so blessed to not only count this wonderful couple as friends but to be there to document their love - it was an honour.

The wedding ceremony took place outdoors in the Graysville School yard and both the girls & boys were able to get ready inside the old school.

Yes, Mallorey's incredibly beautiful bouquet is in a sink! Mallorey is nothing if not resourceful ;)

The boys, very fittingly, got ready in the games room.

The school was filled with wonderful antique's to take photo's of the details on - I was in heaven! Oh, and I was just a little tiny bit obsessed with Mallorey's bouquet - amazing job by Robyn Peckover!
